A Cressey Development of three 15 story mixed use residential towers requiring the drilling and installation of 36,000 feet of a vertical borehole ground heat exchanger. The geothermal system installed in this project will save over $133,000.00 in operating cost the first year of occupancy and will result in an estimated reduction of 250 tons of green house gas emissions.

Wilden Presentation Centre, Kelowna, BC

Located on over 2000 acres of beautiful mountainside landscape in the Glenmore Highlands, Wilden is the largest master planned community in the Okanagan Valley. The development has received numerous awards for its environmentally conscious design and features, including homes certified by the PowerSence Energuide Program. When completed, the majority of the 2800 homes will be equipped with GeoTility geothermal systems and utilize the cost savings of the TerraSource Utility Services infrastructure.

The latest presentation centre is equipped with both geoexchange and PV systems designed and installed by Geotility.  It features forced air zoning and a heat recovery ventilator for whole home ventilation, while the PV system provides electrical power to the home throughout the year.
